Day 26 - Core Synergistics AGAIN??

Well, all I have to say is, BRING IT.
I am SO ready for today's workout. I've had lots of protein both yesterday and today and I'm feeling good (despite only getting a few hours of sleep last night due to the warm temperature in my room... :-/)

I had my shin taped all day and it feels *much* better

I'm quite proud of today's meal plan so far...
Breakfast: apple
Mid morning snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Protein bar
Mid afternoon: Protein bar and 4 oz chicken breast (with a little wing sauce) :-p
Dinner: Brown rice and a large salad

That was actually kind of fun compared to the first time. It was still tough but no nausea this time :) Just lots of sweat.
