What did I take from today's Kenpo hour? ...That I wouldn't want to anger the Montel Williams-looking guy in the back of the room... No no... Those are the type of people you want to make friends with.
I noticed that although I'm still burning about the same amount of calories, Kenpo is seeming *much* easier than it was a few weeks ago... and that makes me very happy. :)

I'm going to go for a bike ride since it's so nice outside... it'd be a shame to waste the last days of cooler weather before it gets to be hot and muggy everyday. It's windy too, so I'll be sure to use my HR monitor and see what I get.
After being stuck in a rut for a few days, I am officially back on track.

My legs feel like they are made of concrete and I'm walking pretty funny... I'm glad tomorrow is Stretch X.
