3:00 - Fudge Graham protein bar
5:30 - Rotisserie chicken from Publix and 1 cup of cooked broccoli

Total Calories for the day: 1,237 (!!!)
Total Protein - 90 grams!
I was starving before the 5:30 meal... I need to try shifting more foods toward the end of the day I think.
