2:00 - 1/4 Turkey Sub
4:00 - Salad with ACV
4:30 - 1/4 Turkey Sub
5:30 - HB egg
5:30 - Apple
8:00 - Publix Sushi, Cream Cheese Roll (bad!)
8:30 - QWL Mocha Pudding Protein supplement
My total calories for the day...? 1,642
86 grams of protein... not bad.
I felt good today... I was worried about eating less starches than I'm used to because hypoglycemia will set in if I don't have carbs, but the only time I was hungry was before lunch at 4:00, and before getting home from work at 8:00.
