Before Pictures and Stats















I am SO ready to tone up. My obvious problem area is my booty... When I do gain weight it tends to go right to my lower body. Pear shaped, no?

I am flexing in the first two poses... I'm hoping to get my thighs and abs back to where they were when I was working out at the gym last year.

Measurements - 3/23/10

Waist 26
Hips 37
Thighs 19¼
Arms 9 (haha)

Weight: 126

Height: 5'8"

BMI: 19.1 (This is a very low BMI so I'm definitely not trying to lose any weight)

(and don't be hatin' on my knock knee)

i just started in again myself...on day 2. Your before pics are pretty good for starters so i imagine it's just toning up and gaining more definition. Same goal as mine. Maybe drop a few lbs but get some real abs. Keep up the good work.
