My back still hurts and I couldn't even get through the warm up of Plyo this morning without having to stop from the pain.
I don't know what to do.

hi sissy...thank u for your comment on my blog...you are such an inspiration and motivation...it is nice to read your review on works outs i've just completed...i hope your back is feeling better real soon..and please rest until your back is up for the work outs..as you knw they are intense and i know you dont want to further strain your body..esp the back it is the foundation to all your mechanical movements..
