Wow.
That was serious.
I decided to forget Cardio X and just go for it with Plyometrics and got through the entire thing (injury free!)... :)
I had to take one extra break but I made it through... I'm so excited because I'm sure it will only get easier from here.

Calories burned: 474 (?)
I didn't push as hard as I could have because I didn't know what to expect... I didn't want to burn myself out within the first half. I can guarantee I will have burned many more calories in the next round of plyometrics.
Me and my shaky legs are going to get something to eat!!!
