That wasn't a great workout...
Observation: My hip flexors didn't hurt toward the end of my first round... they are back to hurting again which tells me my abs are weak once again. Also, my left arm is still weaker than my right.
Is it Saturday yet?

Hi - I saw a few of your P90X videos on You Tube. Very well done matching the music with the workouts, and also adding in a little humor here and there. In the "Legs" video, I liked watching you scrape yourself off the wall after doing the single-leg wall squats. I've been there many times. I've checked into your blog a few times to see how you were doing. I like reading about other's thoughts on the program. They inspire me to keep going. Glad to see you're recovered and back at it. Good luck with the workouts and your new home. Three things to remember: 1) Push Play. 2) Do Your Best and Forget the Rest. 3) Cheez-Its Rock!
